(the “Privacy Policy”) is intended to describe for individuals who are users
(hereinafter, “you” or “users”) of our Site, hoverstash.com (the “Site”):
the Personally Identifiable Information (or PII, as defined below) we

New Users
You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may
result in you being unable to use certain features of our Site because such
information may be required in order for you to register as a member.
Registered Users
If you have an online profile with us, you may choose to close or modify
your account at any time by logging into your account profile or submitting a
request to support@hoverstash.com. After you close your account, you will not
be able to sign in to our Site, access any of your PII or purchase history. You
can open a new account at any time. If you close your account, we may still
retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes
and record keeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms
& Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”), take actions we deem necessary
to protect the integrity of our Site or our users, or take other actions
otherwise permitted by law. In addition, if certain information has already
been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention
of that information will be subject to those third parties’ policies.

Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect PII from children under the age of 13.
Our policy on “Do Not Track” signals under the California Online
Protection Act (CalOPPA)
We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference
you can set in your web browser to inform Sites that you do not want to be
tracked.

Privacy Policy depends on the PII we collect and the specific context in which
we collect it.
