How do I know if my order has shipped and how do I track my order?

Search the tracking number provided to you in your initial order.

How do I cancel my order?

Please email sales@hoverstash.com with your name, the email address you used at checkout, and order number to start the cancellation process.

Why is my order on hold?

Orders are most commonly put on hold because of pending verification. We ask that you please allow 1 full business day for us to verify your order before reaching out to customer service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We offer a variety of payment options via Shopify.  See specific payments option on the bottom of every website page.

We use a variety of different shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.

Alternate Shipping Address

If your shipping address differs from your billing address, please make sure that you call your credit card company to have that address authorized as an alternate shipping address. If you do not, the shipment of your order may be significantly delayed.

Please note that shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If there is carrier damage, please email us at support@hoverstash.com.. To better service you, please include your order number and a description of the damage.

Please note that exchanges can only be made for the same item/s. If you exchange an item and then decide to return it, please contact support@hoverstash.com.

What is HoverStash’s return policy?

We want to optimize your enjoyment of HoverStash, StashCube and all the projects currently in development. If something is defective, we want to know! Please email us a support@hoverstash.com.

All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the following requirements: Products must be returned with all the original manufacturer’s packaging and box contents, undamaged and unmarked. This includes box inserts, accessories. UPC codes must not be cut from the packaging.All products must be mailed inside an outer box/container and adequately protected from damage during transit.

Once the item is returned to us and passes inspection, you will receive an email notification that your return has been processed. Any refund will be issued within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow 7 to 10 days for a refund to show in your account or on your credit card.

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that does not comply with the information found in this return policy.

Is Your Item Damaged? If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify our support@hoverstash.com. as immediately.

How do I clean HoverStash and the StashCube?

Both can be cleaned using  alcohol and/or a microfiber cleaning cloth and water in order to wipe down

What is the warranty?

HoverStash comes with a full 90 day warranty against manufacturer’s defects.

Is StashCube Air Tight?

OurStashCube is 98% Ari tight… but it is not a vacuum. 

Safety, protection and general warnings

1) Keep your HoverStash unit away from water, (I.E.Do not set up devise in a bathroom or a swimming pool area. Keep unit way from direct contact with liquids as it is not moisture-resistant.

2) Keep unit away from high heat and direct flames.

3) Unit is compatible 100V to 240V power supply.

4) This is not a toy. Do not drop it or subject it to rough handling as this will damage internal mechanism.

5) Place the HoverStash unit on a stable, level surface, with about 8 inches of free space around it and about 12 inches above it to allow for free movement and prevent overheating.

6) Do not move the unit while it is operational.

7) HoverStash generates a magnetic field. Though highly unlikely, it could interfere with magnetic sensitive objects like a credit card, pacemaker or computer memory hardware. We advise a distance of about 2 inches.

8) If power is lost, the disc will forcefully drop to the base. No worries, though loud, it will not harm your unit. To restart, just remove the disc from the base and repeat the instructions for set up.

9) By receiving HoverStash, you accept the terms and conditions stated in this user manual concerning safety, use and 90 day limited warranty.

10) Per Prop 65 requirements, please note that some materials used in creating HoverStash can expose you to the following:Cube: Methacrylate copolymers: < 0.05%Base: 10% Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene

11) The StashCube is composed of FDA approved food grade acrylic

Your product is packaged in EPE (expanded polyethylene), an environmentally-friendly, non-toxic closed cell foam. Please recycle and dispose in accordance with local governmental requirements.
